1.i tried to return DVD,got rejected,however there is no return policy which is impossed by cal consumer protection agency
2.2 years ago, i tried to return prepaid cell phone ,and got rejected,but walgreens issued money back and $30walgreens gift card
3.with my receipt(paid in cash), on one item, a cashier mandated my privacy info(including residence/cal id,phone# etc) without privacy policy. otherwise she won't issue a refund with a receipt.
I believe we can file a class action
