like others i ordered shoes using paypal and got confirmation. now over 30 day and worried. if they would say on the way or give some shipping info i might hold on a while longer.

- Call PayPal for a refund IMMEDIATELY. You only have 45 days. I did and they stood 100% behind me. You'll never see your shoes! They take your money but never deliver. It's a scam. Also go TO ic3.gov and file a report with the FBI. ic stands for internet crime. The seller is xue tian li. The e-mail address is [email protected] There are posts all over of this type crime by this vendor. It's all a scam. If you call PayPal they will soon shut down their account and put them out of monkey 'business'. They need more people to speak up. I've done all the above. This is just one complaint site they are on. Bad news site.

- PayPal can be reached at 402-935-7733. Very helpfull and friendly. If you used a credit card throgh PayPal dispute the charge with the credit card company as well. PayPal will pay them not you if u used a credit card.

- Done i just made the time limit to dispute. This shoe deal was too good to be true, i should have known better. they really had an elaborate website to help the scam.

- If my shoes don't bappear in 10 days from when I filed my complaint with PayPal they will kick them out of their membership in PayPal and freeze their funds. Thanks for getting to them. The more people that bitch about being ripped off, the sooner they will be out of the scam business. They are still around becauuse people accept this and do nothing but wait. When my notices went unanswered, I knew it was hopeless. Then I saw other on the web in the same situation. Complaining to mthe public is good, but get u no where fast. You need to go to PayPal and your credit card company if it was via PayPal by credit card. Good going! You saved youself some bucks. If the pacgage now arricves, don't accept delivery! one you sign, it's yours. The box could have a stone in there, but bthey have proof you took delivery. Even if it is the shoes, they may be knock offs. If you accept them, you'll lose your refund. If you accidently ACCEPT THEM, don't open the box. MARK THEM "RETURN TO SENDER" AND GIVE IT BACK TO THE DELIVERY FIRM TO RETURN. Good luck!!
