I had been hearing about the government given $2000.00 voucher card for a study on grocery spending and I call the 1800-3902520 and they offer me $2500 of voucher all that I need to pay is $19.95 for Prossesing fee and they offerme 4 or 5 others programs and she said is 30 day free and I said that all I need is the voucher for the grocery and then she said to me the grocery voucher you can buy whatever you want except alcohol and cigarrettes and I said thats fine. then the next day I call the voucher for but they don'd want to giveme the nmoney back
