I was on a website, Monster.ca researching employment opportunities. I completed a survey for Monster.ca and was offered a free gift for doing so. I was given a choice of a face moisturizer, from Collagenta, or a second gift. I chose the Collagenta face moisturizer. I was told the total charge was $4.95 for shipping and handling which I agreed to. I received the Collagenta product and was charged $4.95 for this gift as specified. Then, on a second credit card statement, I was charged another $148.82 for this product, which I in no way authorized. I have called my credit card company which is issuing me a new card, and is reporting this incident as fraudulent. I refuse to pay for something I did not authorize. When I attempted contacting Collagenta direct, I could not get through to resolve this matter which I am not surprised at. Please let everyone know that Collagenta is a fraudulent company.

- I have just been in correspondence with this company - there is definitely some sort of scam going on. Luckily I have complained about the product, and am returning it. They have made a fuss, then offered it to me at half-price, despite the fact that I'd said I'd had an allergic reaction to it. Amazon seem to have an identical product for £9.99 and Collagenta's price is almost £100!! They rely on the fact that people haven't read all the blurb - which isn't readily clear from the off anyway. Do not trust them, and do not recommend this product to anyone!
