Unprofessional, Rude, Threatening. I did not loose any money but, I have experienced one of the worst telephone conversation with a company, who call themselves "professionals". When I called to Global visa initially the lady on the phone sounded with very rough tone, interrogating and shouting at me. When she transferred my call to a case representative (Joseph) he made me feel like I have done a crime calling their company. As he asked me "what do you want?" (when I clearly stated that I was interested in enquiring about Canadian visa as previously advised to his colleague before she transferred my call to the "experienced Joseph")and comment like "you are wasting my time" and that "we are a big company to reschedule an appointment" (just because 4-5 months ago I enquired about the same and I could not proceeded further, appointment which I cancelled and I had advised that I was going to contact them whenever I was ready to reschedule it). I believe this would be the first customer service company which is not giving the option/opportunity to reschedule an appointment. When I expressed my concern that I was not feeling comfortable paying an amount of money to meet him to discuss further (without informing me if I was going to be able to be eligible to apply for the visa I was asking for)and that I do not feel good about his way of handling my initial enquiry for Canada Visa. It simply sounded like he was not appreciating me as a customer, no interest at all on getting the business in for his company and that on top of that he was doing a favour to me providing me with his "service"(as per his comment mentioned above- I was wasting his time!). Long story short at the end Joseph was very rude and abrupt and he banged his phone down to hang up on me saying that he did not want to take my case.I felt humiliated and threatened. I am glad that I did not signed any contract or paid any amount to this company and I am also concern that if this is a scam company then I have all my personal details with them....Completely unacceptable customer service and I would definitely spread the word to all the people I know, for them not to even bother enquiring on any of this company's embarrassing services.
