On August 22 2011 I went in a contract with Hope and Grace Inc an Alcohol counseling program to do an 18 month program,The director name Tony Andres told me that i needed to pay him $400 to inroll and that he was goin to take care of all the paper work needed for the court,after many months went by i went to the DMV to obtain my lic and they say that i needed to conplet the 18 month program and that they had not receive anything from the school,when i question Mr Adres he say that he needed $800 to hire another school to sumit the papers that he was not setup to do it electronic to the dmv,so i gave him the $800 and he say that i did not need to attend any clasess that he was going to take care of everything,after months went by he tells me that the other person could not do it and that he was goin to find some one else ,now it was clear to me that i was an victim of a fraud,there was never anybody else,he just poket the $1200.00 and say he could not return the money that he did not have it.After inrolling in another school i found out that Hope and Grace is not lic to do alcohol counseling.I hope you can put a stop to this man,who knows how many others have fall in the same trap
