Check payable to INTELCAP REF:Z LANG for 308.18 with SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED and MEMO cust serv (888)982-7965 endorsement For Deposit Only Cust: Lewis Lauren Cash and Associates LLC Loc: Intelicapital LLC account 830047252 Dep 000017 was deducted from checking acct tried contacting (888)982-7965 numerous times occasionally a recorded msg and I would leave messages no one ever returned my calls. Searched internet and found telephone numbers for Intelicapital and Lauren Lewis Cash and Associates LLC - some numbers were disconnected other numbers would ring and sometimes a recording with same female voice as the (888)982-7965 again no one returned my calls. While researching I discovered Vaughn Bailey an atty in Ft Worth, TX is registered agent and manager of Lewis Lauren Cash and Assoc I contacted his office and received another recording and left message, 2 days later I received a call from someone with a heavy accent (difficult to understand) but he asked my name, $ amt of the fraud check and address and they were Fed Ex'ing a "money order" to me that was a week ago and I have not received anything. I asked him how they got my name and banking info he responded he was cust serv and didn't know. There are numerous victims of this scam repeating same scenario (google: 8889827965) all seem to have been taken for around $300.00 each 3/22/13 there was a posting stating they were the cust ser mgr at Intelicapital and they had a new cust ser number 877 493 7841 and you "would speak to a live person" I called the number 2 days ago got a recording left message and still have not received a phone call from. This is ridiculous if this was truely a "mistake" in their system and they were a legit business they would be seeking out all their victims, apologize and refund the money - heck they have all our banking information!! But instead we are left to pursue them to try and get our money back which appears to be impossible. I believe there may be hundreds of people they did this to at 300.00 each, they have made out rather well. A lot of people may not discover the 300.00 missing from their account - it was a fluke on my part that I discovered it.
