Sent for what they said was a 3.99 trial and have had £97.95 taken out of my account. Surely ther must be something I can do to retrieve this money it is an out and out scam.

- me too Anne, what a disgrace. My bank are investigating this appalling scam. I have always been so careful and truly thought this was a genuine offer. My bank have cancelled any further payments but am considering just cancelling my card and acc deatails but the bank say they are investigating it and will reimburse any money these evil people try to take! I am also leaving v little money in my account!
