I signed up for a TRIAL size product and paid the shipping fee with my credit card. I did NOT sign up for repeated shippments and charges.
Finding a working phone number for this company was nearly impossible until I found another complaint (on this site). I called the number and reached an automated answering machine. According to this machine I have now cancelled my "membership" and I have a cancellation confirmation number. We'll see if this works.
Meanwhile, I am going through my credit card company to try to get the charges cancelled since I did not sign up for more product.
This company is running a SCAM. Avoid it at all costs.
Hopefully I will be reimbursed for the charges and hopefully companies such as this are put out of business.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
