Lean Release: Refiancing loan on my home at 1885 Par Dr, Naples, Fl 34120. Payment reduction of $190 per month X 360=$68,400 Kevinp Gaffney are the accounting office for the Valancia HOA. I have not been able to obtain this release as of this time.

Hayden & Associates on Dec 10, 2009 I received an ARC Request APPROVAL at this email address for a patio.

10/29/2009 Hayden & Associates, sales application shows my current address and phone #.

Dec 30, 2009 I requested direct debit from my checking account, also from this email address and provided my current mailing address of 512 Silver Lake Dr, Danville, Ca 94526-6226.

Hayden & Associates accounting department made the STATEMENT "that they were only required to make contact (Mail) to the address of the property (1885 Par Dr) and not a phone, email or current owners address."

March 2010 Hayden & Associates took the 1st direct debit. They never contacted me at my current email or resident address to let me know that they never took debits for Dec, 2009, Jan, Feb, 2010. If I would have been credited I would have sent them check for balance due.

Aug 2010 direct debit was stopped by Hayden & Associates.

I reviewed my bank statement for March 2011 and found out I was not being debit for the HOA fees. I tried working their problem with them. I set a check for both March and April HOA and again provied my current phone and address.

Their response was to file a lean (March 28, 2011: Collier County, Book 4665, Page 587) was not filled on the property until after I contact Hayden & Associates. Valencia Golf and Country Club Homeowners Association, Inc retrospective Hayden & Associates/Randall Roger Attorney filed this lean and when the account was paid in full should have removed it.

I paid my account in full July 23, 2011 and requested a report on my account. I had to contact Mr. Hayden direct because his staff would not assist me.

Sept 9. 2011 I received a Financial Transaction report for my account.

When I reviewed it and saw the interest rates they had charged. I was going to file a small claims action after I looked up the users rates for the State of Florida.

Nov 17 2011 I contacted Attorney General office State of Florida explaining the rates I had been charged per month in detail. My account was credited $ 1076.11 in Dec 2011 from this action.

Now I wish to refinance the loan and find out the lean was never removed and I personally paid all HOA's fees and interest on July 23, 2011.
