This has been an on going thing since September of 2012
People PC has been charging me since September for a service
that I was not able to use and have been trying to get my money
re-imbursed since beginning of 2013.
Still have not recieved a re-imbursement.
My name is Caroline Sovern and I live on a limited income and it
has created a hardship.
Anything you can do would be helpful.

This has been resolved by Jonathan on Dan Norder's team at EarthLink (ticket 2126874). We found the account in question and confirmed she had gotten $98.76 in chargebacks from a dispute she made with her card company back in January that covered the amounts she didn’t think she should have been charged (the total mentioned here of $104 was slightly off). As she had the money back, she agreed nothing further was needed.
