I responded to a secret shopper advertisement. I was sent an email advising that I had been selected. They sent me a Navy Federal Credit Union cashiers check in the amount of $2100 and told me to shop for moneypak cards and rate the service at the store.
I did not have any problem and the next day I recd another Navy Federal Credit Union cashiers check in the amount of $2100 and told me to shop at a Moneygram store and Western Union and rate the service at the store.
I did as I was instructed and provided the report. A week had passed before the first check was debited to my account as it had been returned. An account at the Naval Federal Credit Union was not located.
I have another check and they have instructed me to do another shop. I hope that you can use their current assignment to apprehend them and get my money back.
The police said there was nothing they could do.
