I was told that all kinds of good things that your company could help my computer and for hours on end, the changes did not occur, just like it was. So delete all the information about me and the account. I have stopped the $400 cost since I did not get service promised. Sue

My name is April and I work for iTOK. In looking through the record of your call with us, I can see that you spent quite a while talking to one of our techs in an effort to resolve your issue. I can understand how frustrating it is to feel like after all of that work, your problem still isn't fixed, so I’m sorry you feel this way.
