DVD ordered on 2nd March 2013. Payment made through mastercard. 3½ weeks later, their website shows the order has shipped yet. Quick web search revealed others are experiencing similar issues since Feb 2013.
Update: 04/26/2013
RESOLVED
Today I received the DVD. Postmarked 28.03.13 (the day after I made my complaint). It took a further 4 weeks to arrive (no fault of the seller) I'm glad this is resolved. I wish the seller had not been so slow to ship it.
