I couldn't get a update on my iPad to download. I thought I was talking to Apple tech. They charged me 99.99 to tell me to shut off the iPad and then turn back on. I pad downloaded. Then they asked to take control of my windows computer. I still thought I was talking to Apple Techs. when they took control of computer and noticed no virus software and said they could install one for 99.99 which I could get back in 90 days. the next month they put another charge on my credit card for $19.99. I called and just got more double talk.The E-mail that my TechHelp sent has year cost of $99.99 stated at top with a rebate after 90 days. there is no mention of a monthly charge.
