We ordered a sample at the special offer price of £1.99. We were not made aware that any further charges would be incurred at the time of ordering. We checked our bank account and found £84.71 had been debited on 25/3/13. We then read the T&C's on the web site and found we only had 14 days to cancel a recurring order. Bascially they would be sending another bottle every 30 days for the full price of £84.71. You have to cancel within 14 days from placing the order to avoid incurring any charges. We have advised the bank not to make any further payments to the company. We also managed to contact the company and cancel the order. Despite our obvious anger, the customer service rep offered us a 50% discount if we continued and went onto increase it to 75%! Lesson learned - always read the small print.
