I checked my online bank account and there was 30.00 taken out from this company. i called the bank and asked what this was ??? she gave me the information (phone number and name) she also said they had all my information! cell #, address, everything.
i never applied with this company or even heard of it.
i am upset. i would like a refund.
I called the number and it went to two options, which was no help at all.
i emailed the support address so lets see what happens.
i can't believe people can take money from your account without you knowing about it and they have all your information.!!!
