I ordered a trail size of ResDermatrol cream last month.After receiving it I put it on my face and my face turned red and started swelling around my eyes.I went to a Dermatologist and he said my skin was very sensitive and the ResDermatrol cream was to harsh for my skin.I'am still being treated. Today is 3/28/13 and I received a shipment of the same cream. I called SkinDiet.net(1-888-558-4443) and spoke to Francis and explained to him my Dr. Said I can not use the face cream and may I please return it. He told me (no) and that I'll be charged 89.95.I was in shock. I asked may I speak to his boss, he told me Anna employee no#801335. Thank you very much in advance for helping me. Jim

I never got a chance to speak to Anna, I just want to return the item for a full refund.
