I paid $19.82 to receive 500 Gold on an online game called Fiesta Online. After paying you're supposed to contact live support and they tell you where to go to get your money. For 3 days they have continuously told me there supplier has been offline. On there site it states it should take 8 minutes to 24 hours. I have checked back every hour to see if he's online. He's never online. I have asked to speak to a manager, he is never there.
