My order #101627 was taken on 3/24/13 at 11:50pm.Was ordering a free bottle but had to give my credit card number.Within a few minutes I got an invoice on my credit card charging me $145.00.At 12:15am on 3/25/13 I finally got through after waiting about 20 minutes on the phone,I told the employee Andrew ID#118 what had happened and wanted to cancel the order.He advised me that even though I just made my order about 15 minutes ago said he can't cancel the order.At the same time he stated he would forward the request to the office using a cancellation #101627.I told him I never heard of such a thing as you can't cancel an order you just placed 15 minutes ago,he stated he couldn't.On 3/27/13 I checked my bank account and the order was processed charging me $145.00 against my account.The product came today 3/28/13,and I'll not open it.I checked around and this company has a track record of charging accounts when told to cancel,then wanting to charge the customer a 15% re-stock fee,and you pay the return postage for there mistake,or just plain don't cancel orders when told to by a customer.Today 3/28/13 at 5:45pm called the company again to ask for a RMA#,and was given a number by another employee named Jeff ID#8751.I stated I wanted my full refund back,and was not paying any 15% re-stock fee for their mistake of not cancelling my order.I feel they have a scam going in that they have you send back the product,and charge you a 15% re-stock fee to make money,and they still get the product to send to another waiting customer that maybe didn't want the product,and now they make 15% off of them.So my bill is at $145.00 or send back the product and get charged a $21.75 re-stock fee.
