This company is out there to take advantage of people. They mimic the USPS online change of address process and then charge you $19.95 for 'services and processing'. They use the USPS logo and pay a lot of money for advertising to try to trick you. They are a scam that needs to be shut down. They are charging you technically $18.95 for doing the exact same thing you do on the USPS website for $1.00. Shut these people down!!
