I recieved a call from this place stating they hada claim from 2008 about a payday loan I had out. They told me I needed to pay $650 or they will be sending me to court. I told them I did not have that kind of money right now. They said I can devide the payments up. I paid $348 just yesterday and then realized it was a scam. So now they have my card info plus $348 of my hard earned money. I really need my money back. so I can put food on the table for my kids. I should have looked into this further, but all I was thinking about was all the court fees I couldn't pay. Please help me.
