on 27 march 2013 , a fraud purchace was made from laptopsdk from my SBI credit card. we informed the sales manager to stop the delivary of the product and help in the investigation but have not recieved any mail from them . we further insisted the credit card to stop this transaction for which they refused.is this a kind of global cybercrime , i am afraid.
