THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM. IT HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS. NO SHOES NO RESPONSE. NO WAY OF REACHING THEM. THEY MAY TRY TO HAVE YOU SIGN FOR A PACKAGE OR LETTER THAT CONTAINS A MOUSEPAD. OR A PLASTIC BAG OR SIMILAR CHEAP ITEM IN ORDER TO OFFER "PROOF OF DELIVERY" OF YOUR SHOES, BE CAREFUL. NOTIFY YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASAP TO STOP PAYMENT, AND/OR TO INVESTIGATE THE FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. SPREAD THE WORD.

- I have the same issue with Shoe-Style-Mall. I ordered shoes on 9/6/2011, no communication, no shoes. Looks like I'll be working to try to get my money back through PayPal or my CC company. BIG FRAUD!
