I got conned into "signing up" for some tech services from a so-called "highly savvy tech company" out of Canada to remotely assist me with issues on some computer networks I manage. 4 weeks passed after the date I signed up and not a single problem was addressed. I called to complain and one of the company's "Yes-man" Randy Gould, promised me that within 5 days my problems would be addressed.
I allowed 7 days to pass and of course sent out emails to Mr. Gould and other contacts I had for their company notifying them of my decision to no longer elect to pay the company since not one bit of service was provided and no problems had even begun to be addressed on the said server.
This morning I am in receipt of an email stating that they had just debited an additional $250 out of my bank account. That's what leads me to your website.
