In 2009 I purchased a pool heating package. 6 panels were put on my roof. Over the past 6 months my pool has been losing water. I finally saw that my roof was wet and the pool had losing all this water on my roof. At the end of February I called the company and they sent a repair person out on 38/2013. I paid $170.00 for the repairs. About one week later the roof was wet again. I called the company and they sent someone else out again about 2 weeks later.

The men stated that the equipment was stamped 2008 one year older than the year I purchased. They said the entire system was aging faster than it should and that it was going to continue to spring leaks. I was then informed that it was under warranty however, I would be responsible for paying $155.00 per each panel 6 panels equals $900.00 plus service fees to replace.

I contact, via email the owner. He did not respond after the 3td time I contacted BBB. He then responded blaming the manufacturer (inFlorida) stating I would have to pay the shipping and hadling and that was the charge as well as a service fee. I had requested the named of the manufacturer. He gave me the name but no phone number and a web site that does not exist. I requested their email and phone number and he has not answered me. This company has misrepresented themselves. I am 66 years old and a widow and purchased this so I could exercise in my pool comfortable. Please help.
