CALLED LUMINESS TOLL FREE ..1866.625.1813 TO CANCELL ACCT. & DISCONTINUE TO SEND COSMETIC PRODUCTS; CO. TOLD ME TO EMAIL THEM INSTEAD & FINALLY I DID ON OCT. 13,2012. STILL THEY IGNORED & CONTINUED TO SEND ME THEIR COSMETIC PRODUCTS & CHARGE$ TO MY ACCT. EVERY MONTH. I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY ON MY BANK TO COVER IT & I WAS CHARGED PENALTY BY MY BANK FOR A DEFAULT PAYMENT.
I SENT THE COSMETICS PACKAGES BACK VIA POST OFFICE BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM. HOPE THIS ISSUE BE RESOLVED IMEDIATELY.
