I ordered a hair product from this company and never received it. I e-mailed the company three times and did not hear back. I called several times and each time it went to voice mail. I left three phone messages and did not hear back. I'm not sure if this company is a scam or if they shipped the product and I just never received it. However, they are not returning my calls or e-mails so I feel like they just took my $20. Thank you.
