I got a phone call from General Subscription Services telling me that I won a a $1000 Visa Gift Card. The person who called talked me into getting a magazine subscription of any 5 of my choice. Then he said that I would recieve the gift card within 3 to 5 days from another company. He proceeded to say that he was also a new employee and that he needed to transfer me to his supervisor to verify he did his job correctly. She also reassured me that I would recieve a card in the mail but the strange thing about it was that she did'nt seem to want to answer very many questions I had. After 5 days pass I called the GSS and asked about my subscription and the Visa gift card I should have received, and the guy who answered said we can't hand out $1000 gift cards to everyone or else we would be broke. Then went on to say I don't know where you got your information but I know nothing about free cards. So I told him that I wanted to cancel my subscription and my money back. He said he could cancel it for me, but would not say anything about refunding my money.
