I came across the ad for bidrack.com on another site, went to the site, checked it out and wanted to try to bid for some items. I had to input my info in order to register, including my CC and shipping info, for which i assumed was for IF i won a bid they could charge me and ship it. There was NO mention of charging me a fee to purchase bids, otherwise i would not have signed up for it. When i emailed them to inquire about a refund stating that i did not know about the fee, i was told that it states it in the sign up, however IT DOES NOT. I am furious and i want my $ back. Please HELP....
