I received a letter from these people telling me they can help with my modification. I spoke to a Hugo Vargas several time to ensure that this was legal. to make a long story short I didn't send the full $3,995 that they were requesting, so I only send $1,000 on Dec 21st. I sent him the rmail with the receipt and he asked me to call him on Mon Dec 24th and to my surprise they told me he is no longer there. since then nobody can help because they couldn't find me in their system. I finally got in touch with a lady name Mia who told me to email her the receipt and to give her a week and she'll get back to, this was since Feb 11 and has not been able to get through any of the number, now it's telling me it's disconnected. Shame on Hugo Vargas, Bruce Weiner who supposedly the attorney and everybody that is part of that scheme.
