Need refund for my sister. Not knowing that application form is free of charge. Need help in filling up the form and no one answer. So frustating and need explaining on what type of service is this. It was mentioned too the an additional $450.00 will be charge , however cannot proceed. I felt this is scam.. so please need the manoy back
