On March 7 I signed up for 3 day cupid.com trial membership for 2.97. At the end of 3 days I called & cancelled the membership. then on 4/1/2013 cpdnethelp.com (800-481-3117) billed my debit card 39.99 the I called 5 times while trying to Explain to them they hung up on me the 6th time I called they hung up again, but they called me back on a regular line not a 800# explain I signed up for 3 days on cupid.com on 3/7/2013. they said I didnt signup for cupid.com that I signed up for socialove.com I told them not it was cupid.com they said to type socialove.com which I did & it came up but there was not a place to log on. It said signup thru face book. they told me to click on signup with fb I clicked on it a fb app came up & said to go to the or leave app. I told them that proved I did not sign up fpr socialove. they said click on go to app & it went to socialove.com. I told them if I had signed up for socialove I the app would already be on my fb & it was not I told I had an app for cupid on fb they insisted I callede & told them to switch to socialove which I did not I asked why If I signed up for 3 day trial & cancellel it why did 3 weeks pass befour they charged. they said that they could switched to one of their othe sites & I said no I wante a refund that I was on disability & I could not afford 39.99 they said they would give me a total of 3 months for39.99 but I was not going to get a refund.They switched me to another site & I had acess until 7/7/13 I said so I said I had to call by 7/7 & cancel it & they said no it would canceled automatically & I would not be billed again. how can the take money out my account without my authoization& then refuse to refund my account which by the way they overdeafted my debit account.I aske dto speak to a supervisor & was told there no superior on that shift
