I was scammed by Treasure your Success in Jan 2012 for $1493. I was never offered the tablet. Now, a few weeks ago, (March 2013) I was contacted by someone from The Consumer Allegiance Group in Florida, claiming to be helping fraud victims of T.Y.S. by contacting the credit card company the fee was paid with to claim fraud and get a refund of the full amount and interest. The Consumer Allegiance group would then be paid a fee of 45% of the recovered funds. They claim to be working with, or in behalf of the FL Attorney General and the FL Dept. of Agriculture! Recovering even 55% of the money would be wonderful, however, the money has yet to be refunded to my acct & I think I've be dupped again! Anyone else actually recover their scammed money?
