Ordered an item to help lower electrical bill. $828.95 was withdrawn from my Visa account the same day, no receipt was emiled or tracking information given. When we called for a refund we were told that we had to prove that the equipment when properly installed did not save us money baseed on a 3 month trial period when compared with the previous year. Order was placed on March 15, 2013 and as of April 2, 2013 we have not received the equipment. Repeated phone calls tell us to email [email protected]. No response.
