I received charges on my account for a product I never received. Initially the charge was for $4.95 to cover shipping. Then, less than 14 days later they charged my account for $88.92. I did not sign up for an auto pay plan and have been unable to contact this company. They simply don't answer the phone. I would like a refund since I never received the product.
