I deposited money to slots inferno online casino and won $2000.00. I requested the payout on March 10, 2012. On March 18, 2012 they returned the money and said I had to re send the request due to upgrades on the website. It is now April 2 and I have not received anything. When I talked to customer service I was told it is on request and waiting for accounting dept to confirm....I have checked on Ripoff.com and found many other people that have the same problem. You win but never get the money. They take your money but never pay out.
