He pretend that he is a professor in Delhi university. He asked for $93.50 through Paypal for his services and then he didn't provide anything. He also promised to refund and then he backed off and created a paypal issue. Paypal doesn't provide the protection for services transactions. I have all written proof.
He is the scammer. Please save your money.Kindly take strongest action against such people.
