Spoke to a guy called David. He sent me an itinenary for return tickets from London to Harare on 28/03/13. I paid them in full by bank transfer last October. David kept promising that I would receive my e-tickets "by the end of the week". I did not receive my tickets and they seem to have vanished! I wrote to their address demanding a full refund twice through registered post but there is nobody at the address they use! Everybody please beware. They are very pleasant & helpful and sound so professional then they disappear with your money. I have reported them to the police and trading standards but their website is still up & running!
