Again, very much like the My loans complaint, I have noticed another £69.95 come out of my account on Tuesday 2 April, and again I had not taken out any loan money from that company, as I did not provide official conformation. This is, of course, the second time this has happened to me and now its getting frustrating as more companies may do this to me, and I have provided no official conformation to any company.
Update: 08/06/2013
ActLoans company is no longer a concern to me as this dispute was resolved months ago. Request this be erased from the complaints
