I was charged $3.oo on my credit card on 2/26/2013and another $3.00 on 3/26/2013 I did not authorize these charges and did not know what TLPY.com was. I have not downloaded any aps to my phone or computer. It looks like this is going to be a monthly charge.I did not authorize it.

I also have been getting this charge for 2 months. I signed up for Facebook promotion with Coupons.com a year ago. It was a free year. Then after the free year ended, they are charging $3 per month under the name TLPY.com. You can always cancel your membership if you want to. Just have to contact them. I am trying to decide if I save $3 a month printing their coupons or not. -
