November 2010 I signed up with the college network and financed $9,600. I took several pre-requisite courses to get into their advertised and partnership with Indiana State University for their LVN-BSN program. August 2012 it was uncovered that ISU was running an illegal program in the state of California as this was a distance learning. The California board of registered nurses attorney stated ISU/TCN was now deemed illegal since the start in 2007. I started 2 nursing classes as I was originally conditionally accepted into the ISU LVN-BSN program. That's when in August I was told I needed to withdrawal completely and could not be accepted into their program. The back of the contract I signed with TCN states that upon showing proof of non admission, I will be refunded all monies paid which for class tests that can't be transferred, monies paid out of pocket on loan and remaining balance on loan equals $10,200. I wrote TCN two demand letters for a refund and was denied. March 13 I took them to court and the judge ruled in my favor. They still have not paid me, they have not been in contact with me regarding this matter.

Tomorrow 4/19/13 marks 30 days TCN has had to appeal my case. They didn't so I can now legally go after them for money. I haven't heard from them at all regarding the money I won in my judgement, a phone call or email.

4/19/13-No attempts from tcn to contact me. Ive made 2 attempts to contact them through Bernard Schrader (DCR) also the defendant in court- no response. Amount awarded for judgement is $9,969.76. I have $10,200 is b/c that is the true loss.

Received news that TCN filed for an appeal- should be getting that paperwork within the next week or so. I talked to CABRN and ISU is STILL not a board approved school in California

Nor is this topic up for discussion at any Brn meeting for the month of may or June. I am currently talking to lawyers.

I never signed any paperwork stating I wouldn't talk about this case or what TCN is doing therefore I am not doing anything wrong by posting this information. I claim to be telling the truth on any and all matters I have discussed.
