I don't know the company's location......but I bought two face creams from them...on the 16 march 2013......one called liftandglow and the other lift serum priced at £1.99 each as a trial...but unknown to me they deducted the next day another 2x£1.95 then I checked my bank account on 3rd April and noticed they had taken 2x£84.71 = £169.42.....without my consent so I phoned them and was told by an advisor that in the terms and conditions it says that If I don't contact them within 2 weeks I would automatically be subscribed to them. When I looked at the website again the terms and conditions are at the foot of the page and can hardly see it as very small print and I could not click on them to open it up as u must submit ur order before u can read them.....This is a big scam and they won't refund my money....very expensive face cream as it cost me over £177 and god knows if they will try to deduct any more money from my account.I would like my money back
