I was unlucky enough to make business with this unethical company. I rented a place with the help of this real estate company for a year I was told in lease that so long as there weren't any damages to property my deposit would be given back to me. I was solely mistaken, I moved out made certain I cleaned the property(so not to get charged any "cleaning fees")returned the keys in due time. Get mailed documents billing me for supposed cleaning fees and labor costs plus repairs that the property owner never made upon us moving in. I was duped into paying them fifty dollars out of my pocket for some other fee as well. They refused to returned my deposit even when the property owner spoke to my husband and I and assured us he was fed up with them as well and that we wouldnt be responsible for all these bogus fees. Well owner went and told them to even after he spoke to us saying it was a mix up, hence he never stepped foot in property at all he resides out of state. Nice huh? This company has countless complaints, they have failed to come do repairs while we were tenants as per lease terms they were responsible for. Could never get them to do repairs yet the stole my hard earned money. Charging me "cleaning fees" so that the new tenant could have his place shiny for move in. unethical just plain wrong. I hope they meet with some karma soon!!

    Please be aware that the complaint referenced above contains statements which are inaccurate and misleading. For a complete review of this incident, please contact the Better Business Bureau and reference Case #19043841. There you will find that a full investigation was undertaken at the request of the complainant, and the following determination made:

    "The BBB has determined that this case should be administratively closed. The business has provided a reasonable response to the complaint and has cited the provision in the consumer's lease agreement authorizing the business to withhold the consumer's deposit for damages including costs incurred to clean, paint, redecorate and repair. The business's final response itemizes maintenance done on the property during the consumer's tenancy. In light of the business's response, the BBB is closing this case at this time."
