You join their free trial & they continue to remove money from your account without any goods being sent. A free trial is a free trial & should NOT be continued unless you agree to carry on. You cannot contact then as all you get is a very Tinny women telling you to cancel your account. Its a complete scam so please be warned, the chances of getting your money back is zero.
