I purchased a 2009 chevy malibu from Oliver Quick at midatlantic, I gave him 1,000.00 down and came home with the car. After a couple of days problems started to arise. He knew my credit situtation but promised me that he could get me fininaced. I kept the car for two months and he came back to get the car in Feb. He told me that I would get my money back/ or aleast some of it. I have called him to see when I could get a refund. He will/has not answered any of my calls, but he kept my money. Can you please help me. I do not have money to throw away. thank you
