I ordered a "so called" free trial of their anti wrinkle serum for what was supposed to be only $4.95 shipping. They charged me that shipping charge and another $99.00, saying that I did not cancel in 14 days. At no time while I was placing this order did I see anything about 14 days to cancel or being charged $99.00. I absolutely would NOT have ordered it if I had. I called the customer service number and was told that the 99.00 that was authorized would not come out of my card and that they were cancelling my so called membership. However, the very next day the 99.00 was taken from my account. I called them again and was told (very rudely, I might add) that basically it's too bad. There is nothing I can do about it. I asked for the phone number of their home office and wad told I did't need it because no one would talk to me anyway. What a scam and ripoff!
