received electronic receipt for garcinia cambogia,then a receipt for Green Coffee extract, which I did not order.I phoned 877.763.0272 started to speak to lady and line went all static and eventually I hung up second call spoke to Dianne Vega who did not listen to my questions or complaints, but did try to sell me other products.When I asked for supervisor she put me on hold saying wait would not be more then a minute.Sixteen minutes later,I hung up and called back. Martin told me the he would cancel my order.
I phoned TD Resolution (after receiving Refill Membership 12 hours after Martin claimed he would cancel immediately) and they suggested I ask for cancellation Notice from Martin.First call was static and disconnected. Phoned again and Martin answered, I reminded him that he had said he was cancelling order and without any hesitation ,he hung up !
