Back in August a PalmCO rep came to my door, I would have never answered had my daughter not run up to the window and be seen. He urged me to switch to save money,at that time we were moving so I figured why not. Didn't think twice, now we moved across the country and in November our PSE&G bill had PalmCO charges on it. Called both companies, both tell me to contact one another to cancel. I end up cancelling on November 30th, but told won't be out of cancellation until December 26 and January 26. In the meantime, I am still being charged for PalmCo's services even though I cancelled!!!! The amount of gas and electric charges amount to $168.84 for the mentioned months. I am now having late statements sent to me from PSE&G saying I must pay balance or shut off services. The real kicker is it is now a vacant home in the process of being bank owned due to job cut circumstances. I have been calling both companies to try to reverse these charges but both say it is out of their hands with the 2 month cancellation process.
