I was called today by this company stating that they would take legal action against my company because of unpaid invoices. I listened to my recorded phone call and said okay to getting a 2 month free contract and if i didn't cancel, it was a 1 yr contract at $70 per month. I never received anything stating that I needed to pay an invoice or anything and today I received a fax with all this extra legal fees, etc. They agreed to bump it back down to $839.99 if I pay it. How is this legal? I never signed anything, never received any information from the company until now. How is this legal??
